Using the Chromecast built-in feature, you can enjoy casting your photos, videos, TV shows, music and other streaming services using your Android or iOS mobile device.

You need to check the following before proceeding:

• The TV and the mobile device have to be connected to the same network
• The Google Cast function is not available on all mobile apps.
• Make sure that you have latest version of the Google-Cast enabled app
• Your Android device version must be Android 2.3 or later
• Your iOS mobile device version must be iOS 7.0 or later

NOTES:

• The Google-Cast function works only when casting a video from an app such as YouTube on an Android TV.
• Casting from the Google Chrome Internet browser on a mobile device is not supported.

Follow these steps to  Google cast your videos, TV shows or websites from a Google Cast-enabled app to your Sony Android TV:

1. Install the Google Cast-enabled app on your mobile device.
2. On the app screen, tap the Google Cast icon.
3. Select the Android TV model.
4. Tap Play to start playback.
